CMM Service repair may require a site visit
by a CMM Service Technician. Once a site visit requirement
is established, Omni-Tech has the ability to place a Service
Technician at site with in 48 hours for general customers.
Omni-Tech currently supports a number of customers with
Service Contracts guaranteed with 24hr response, preventive
maintenance visits, and calibration services per the customer
requirements regarding the frequency of calibration and
the procedures required for calibration. We welcome requests
for Service contract proposals.
CMM repairs are completed with OEM and/or remanufactured
parts from Mechanical components to board level electronics.
Component choices are made relative to customer requirements
regarding time in availability of components, as well as
direct component costs. Obsolete parts can be manufactured
by Omni-Tech in most cases to effect a timely repair. Omni-Tech
can offer alternative components engineered to combat a
continued component failure in order to secure reliability
of the CMM.
Over night Renishaw Probe repairs are available on an RBE
basis (Repair by exchange). For more information on Renishaw

Relocation services are available for most brands of CMM
for existing in plant relocations to the removal and installation
of acquired equipment. Omni-Tech can recommend rigging and
transportation services for your relocated equipment. Turn
