Fast CMM Replacement

With Omni-Tech Repair by Exchange, or RBE, your refurbished or retrofit CMM metrology equipment is replaced with a refurbished or as new product shipped to you once we have received your failed product or part. CMM (RBE) carries a 6-month warranty on refurbished or retrofit CMM part.

CMM Advanced RBE ships your refurbished (or as new) probes, tools, or CMM metrology equipment immediately when a fault is reported. Through this service we ship and (RBE) in advance receipt of you inoperative product. Advanced replacement is a Omni-Tech premium service aimed at minimizing downtime. You pay a premium, but receive your replacement probes, tools or product quickly, usually with next day service. Advanced RBE carries a 6-month warranty.

Our fully trained technicians are factory trained on numerous OEM technologies and perform some repairs via phone or online support. If a service visit is required, we commit to be on site usually within 24 hours. Keeping the probes, tools and CMM metrology machine in optimum working condition ensures the longevity, accuracy and saves on the cost of ownership. Retrofit CMM, maintenance programs and maintenance training are available upon request.
