Advanced RBE ships your refurbished (or as new) parts or machine tools, CMM equipment or other machine products immediately when a fault is reported. Through this service we ship and (RBE) in advance receipt of you inoperative product. Advanced replacement is an Omni-Tech premium service aimed at minimizing downtime. You pay a premium, but receive your machine’s tool replacement product quickly, usually with next day service. Advanced RBE carries a 6-month warranty.

Our fully trained technicians are factory trained on numerous OEM technologies and perform some repairs via phone or online support. If a service visit is required for your machine tool repair, we commit to be on site usually within 24 hours. Keeping your machine’s tool, metrology equipment and probes in optimum working condition ensures longevity, accuracy and saves on the cost of ownership. Machine tool repair and maintenance training are available upon request.
