At Omni-Tech, our fully trained technicians are factory trained on numerous OEM technologies, parts, CMM inspection, tooling and retrofit, and other CMM services. We commit to be on site usually within 24 hours as needed. Keeping your machine in optimum working condition ensures the longevity, accuracy and saves on the cost of ownership.

CMM Services / Repair Options

RBE – Repair By Exchange
Your parts, CMM product, is replaced by a refurbished or as new product shipped to you once we have received your failed product. RBEs carry a 6-month warranty.

Advanced RBE
Your parts, CMM product is replaced by a refurbished or as new product, shipped to you on the same day that you report a fault or failed inspection. Tooling and machine replacement products carry a 6-month warranty with Advanced RBE. In order to get a replacement product as soon as possible, it is necessary to charge a small additional premium on top of the price of the product to cover additional CMM services/administration.

Replace NEW
As part of our complete CMM services, your product is replaced by a new product, which is carrying a new factory warranty.
