Checkmate Programming - Utilizes component math data from all the major CAD systems to produce part programs. Simulation, collision detection/avoidance, and probe path optimization ensure programs are generated for geometric feature-based components and complex free form surfaces. Many native CMM part programming language outputs are available, including over 20 DMIS language characterizations.

Checkmate SoftOrient - A CMM software alignment tool that has set the standard in fixturless/datumless alignment technology. This product enables accurate orientation of the CMM to freeform component surfaces, or to less than perfect features on prismatic parts. The need for expensive holding fixtures is reduced, and eliminates machine iterations reducing time to produce alignments from hours to minutes.

Checkmate Reporting - produces graphical reports for measured data in all formats, including whisker diagrams, statistical scatter plots, target plots, and geometric labels. Customized reports can be viewed in web formats with common desktop tools.

Uncompensated data can be utilized form any source to quickly verify surfaces as well as prismatic data using CAD data.

Checkmate SoftFit Analysis - a root cause analysis tool, ads "what if" scenarios to Checkmate Reporting. The measured data becomes a resource for mathematical analysis. SoftFit calculates bonus tolerances across multiple features. This product provides the ability to identify and ignore anomalies in results data caused by poor alignments, or determine the root cause of process related manufacturing problems.
