UX25 Scale Conditioning/Interface Electronics
Omni-Tech scale interpolation electronics can replace existing, unsupported components, saving costly scale retrofits in most cases. UX25 supports analog to digital scale signal conversion, multiple head voltages for multiple axes scales as required. The UX25 can be used in conjunction with the OTC5000M and OTCSCC controls for CMM Upgrades/Retrofits. New scale systems can be supplied by Omni-Tech. Renishaw UCC1 CMM Controller
Using the same Servo Amplifiers, and Power supplies utilized in the OTC-5000M, The Renishaw UCC1 controller offers direct integration of all Renishaw Touch Trigger and Analogue Sensor Technologies. The UX25 scale conditioning/interface electronics. can also be utilized with the UCC1, when the use of analogue scale signals are required.
