Omni-Tech has been performing the engineering required to maintain the operation of CMMs and enable the use of current software’s for 20 years. With past experience in manufacturing the electronics, scale interfaces and controllers we, have the experience to complete an upgrade from a simple probe sensor to a complete rebuild of any CMM machine. Retrofitting can include the installation of new software, controls, scale systems and the latest probe sensor systems. These types of equipment installed on existing equipment is a very effective and economical method of gaining today's required inspection performance for CMMs in the areas of accuracy, application and cycle time. Renishaw UCC Controller Omni-Tech offers the complete line of Renishaw universal controllers (UCC2 and UCClite ) and servo power amplifiers (SPA2 and SPAlite) providing a cost effective solution to every machine upgrade, providing a configurable package that delivers unrivaled levels of probing flexibility, reliability and support. UCC Lite - 3 axis, low cost, touch trigger operation only CMM controller. UCC2 - 3 or 4 axis controller providing the capacities to operate any of Renishaws latest technology. Standard features include the interface for the SP25M, SP80 and the new REVO scanning Probe. Full error correction to enhance the CMMs accuracies. |

Renishaw REVO 5 Axis Scanning REVO is the dynamic new measuring head and probe system from Renishaw. A Revolutionary new product designed to maximize CMM throughput while maintaining high system accuracy. As the REVO is much lighter and more dynamic than the CMM, with significantly better frequency response, it is able to quickly follow changes in the part geometry without introducing harmful dynamics errors. This allows the CMM to do what its best designed to do – move at a constant velocity while measuring. |

Direct Mitutoyo Machine Interface Omni-Tech has reverse engineered the wiring and connectors of Mitutoyo CMMs to provide a true Plug-N- Play interface to the UCC line of controllers, enabling a quick retrofit solution to ailing controllers with no available parts from the OEM. With the ability to directly interface to the machine, this can save money and down time normally associated with some retrofits. |

Scale Upgrades Manual and DCC measuring systems require an encoder system for measurement. Omni-Tech has solutions to replace unreliable, damaged, or obsolete encoder systems. Due to the many applications required for an encoder system, Omni-Tech promotes a number of replacement scale systems. |
