Omni-Tech has developed control systems for both manual and DCC/CNC CMM equipment. These systems are utilized for retrofit and OEM new equipment applications. Manual and DCC/CNC can utilize the UX25 scale conditioning/interface electronics.

Upgrade drive systems are available from Omni-Tech to replace obsolete, and substandard drives as well as Manual to DCC conversions utilizing the latest rotary and linear drive technologies.

All OTC systems are installed in North America are supported by Omni-Tech Service.

Our OTC-5000M utilizes 3 axis, 3 axis slave scale and full 4th axis slave drive capabilities.

For manually operated CMM equipment Omni-Tech has developed OTCSCC 3 axes counter card based on serial communication, which enables User Interface Software developers to use the counter card electronics in conjunction with the different operating system software. Omni-Tech is also committed in integrating the Renishaw UCC1 controller, which utilizes the same cabling and drive systems employed for the OTC5000 series of control.
