Pre and post data from either the Linear Laser, Step Gage, Ballbar, Squareness, Granite Square, Probe Repeatability and Ballbar Volumetric are reported on a certificate issued on site.

Laser Interferometer:
Omni-Tech technicians are accredited to use a Laser Interferometer to check Linear Accuracy, Straightness and Angularity checks on CMMs to adjust and certify CMM accuracy.
B89 Ballbar:
Omni-Tech technicians are accredited to use a Ballbar to check Squareness and Volumetric accuracy of CMMs in accordance with ASME B89.4.1997
Step Gage:
Omni-Tech technicians are accredited to use Step Gages to perform complete calibrations including Linear Accuracy and Volumetric Accuracy using OEM gages to certify your CMM.
Your CMM machine will be certified, adjusted and calibrated by our highly trained qualified technicians. All calibration equipment is calibrated and traceable to NIST.
