CMM Calibration and Certification is another part of Omni-Tech's professional CMM service. As part of the calibration Service the CMM is visually inspected, and adjusted where possible to meet the CMM calibration specification.

Accuracy Data is collected before any adjustments are made to the CMM, and accuracy data is collected after all required adjustments are made during the calibration. All data is documented, complete with a certificate of calibration and a confirmation/status label for the CMM equipment.

Omni-Tech understands current governing standards and operates the complete calibration to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994. Omni-Tech is registered with A2LA, and completed accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025-2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 standards ensuring the correct requirements for completing government, ISO 9000, and QS9000 audits. Omni-Tech recently completed it's A2LA audit with our accreditation being extended through February 2008.
Omni-Tech Lab Scope

Omni-Tech standards, specifications, and procedures are based on recognized applicable national ,and international standards. Such as NIST-CMMA, ASME B89.4.1-1997, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012-1 and/or the original manufacturers specifications.
